Compliance status
This website is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons: Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations.
Some tables have the role attribute incorrectly applied to td, th, and tr elements within table elements that lack the role="table", role="grid", or role="treegrid" attributes. This fails ARIA 1.2 guidelines. We plan to fix this by June 2025.
The span element is used for bold text by applying the CSS font-weight property instead of the semantic strong element. This fails success criterion WCAG 2.2 A F2. We have resolved every known instance of this issue in February 2025.

Some PDF documents have blank or missing titles. A document title is essential for navigation and organisation, particularly for users with cognitive disabilities or those relying on screen readers.
